Youth For Christ

The Youth for Christ is our local and national ministry to youth ages 0
to 50. This ministry ministers to separate groups of youth
which includes: junior youth (ages 0-12), intermediate youth (ages 13 -
18), young adult (ages 19 - 30), and adults. Through this
national fellowship, youth are encouraged in their development through
fellowship opportunities, scholarship development, as well as
leadership training.

Website
In 1954, the eldest child of Bishop Brooks, the late
Mother Isabell Brooks Ford, established the National Youth for Christ
as the national youth department for the Way of the Cross
Church. This auxiliary is comprised of youth and adults
ranging from the age of 0 to 50. It's stated mission is to
recruit, train, and empower youth to become Christian ambassadors by
emphasizing salvation, worship, discipleship, leadership, fellowship,
scholarship, and evangelism. The vision is to become a church
body that continuously produces saved and successful youth who will
make a positive impact in their homes, schools, communities, churches,
and careers. Currently Elder Travell Travis is the YFC President.
